Below is the list of effects we Admins consider to be Negations or Counters.
For us Admins a Counter is an effect that stops other effects but can easily or consideribly stopped. A negation meanwhile is much harder to stop and often is like a straight up: no.
In this, while a lot of the reds in the list below are Negations, not all Reds are hard to stop.

Cut and Paste: Found in Red Effects

Reverse: Found in Blue Effects
