Name of Effect: Reverse
What does it do?: If the effect has an opposite. Than a card with this effect can target a card and make a SINGLE effect do the reverse. Example: Gain Card Count becomes Lose Card Count. The Cripple effect will instead double g-power effects for just 1 post. Double modifier will be a halving modifier.
Restrictions(optional unless asked by staff): Does not work on protection, prevent, negates of any form. Can work on Re-Enable
Card Class: Green (with the stipulation that if a staff member ask for the card class to be upgrade to red if need be.)
