Card Name: Cobalt Surge
Card Type: Red
Card Class: Special
Attribute: Subterra, or Haos
Rp Flair: A liquid metal substance surges through the ground. If it appears to have done nothing though. You would be wrong as it soon starts to re energize the bakugan who used this card.
Effects: 1: Re-enable 1 card, said card will need to be negated a second time, and works despite attribute changes. 2: Gain 1 Card Count(s) per every ability card your opponent plays after this cards activation. (Only one effect can be in used on this card)

I'm on the fence about this card, Vail, only because of how easily I can see it be abused. Not to mention what would happen if the other brawler has a similar card. I think you can see what that would lead to in the wrong hands.
If you can convince me that this isn't abusable like that, then I'll approve it as is. Otherwise, it'll need to be toned down.

I noticed a typo on my end and added something extra.

This still doesn't address my original concern. Sure, only one effect can be used, but what's stopping you from activating it as your first card, so that you then gain an essentially unlimited number of battle card slots to use against your opponent? Sure, it's negatable, but the way I see it, someone could spend all of their time getting Negate Effects and Blue Card Slots to just make it impossible for the opponent to ever counter. And that then means that it's a no win scenario for whoever doesn't activate it. Not to mention what would happen in the scenario where nobody wins the round because all the card slots are used up.
In the end, I can see it being used as a Brawl lengthening tactic to purposefully gain high tier card slots and large sums of money. I have no doubt it would be abused to no end if it were allowed to exist in its current state.
If you want to keep the effect as is, you'll need to convince me that it cannot be used in this way, or that it has a highly exploitable weakness. Otherwise, you'll need to limit the effect in some way.

What if I told you. Because of your concern. I had the most amazing idea for an effect.

While I wont use it mainly in the way you are thinking. I doubt a card like this would be allowed to be active by an opponent unless they plan on abusing. (Especially if reverse gets approved. And Grudge cards.) Somebody was going to make this use (or something similar) with Card Count Gain. That would be a no matter what. Strategically speaking this card acts more like counter/negation bait. And while you think it would lengthen a brawls. (Reasonably even if a little) If an opponent spams 3 cards per post. They are naturally draining their resources fast. Or what about me. What if I was spamming 3 cards per post too. I don't gain card count on my post. Only my opponents. If anything this card was designed primarily. To limit the damage of negation and counter effects aimed at me. So that way. I can rely less on my 3 counters and continue onward using some more powerful abilities otherwise if the Re-Enable effect fails. If you haven't noticed already too. Some of my cards are starting to get a little pricey for their pay off. Also it really isn't unlimited. If it truly was unlimited. Then I wouldn't have made this card. I would have already mentioned something in the Card Count Gain effects limits using my admin account a while ago. (Plus even with our money system this card was VERY EXPENSIVE[<--dramatic effect] this was a drain on resources.]
