Name of Effect: Re-Enable
What does it do?: If a card within 3 turns has been negated or countered, you can re-activate it as though you never had it negated in the first place.
Restrictions(optional unless asked by staff): Can only be used on cards that have been negated. Including gate cards. Can only be played once per round.

So, just to confirm, what exactly does this effect do that is outside essentially negating a Negate Ability effect?

Exactly what you just said it does. Figure that this gets made and out of the way before it becomes a problem. Also, I want to change the restriction a little.

So, it'll essentially warp space-time to make it so that the card was never negated, making its effect active throughout all turns that came after it?

yep. kinda how attribute changing affects cards but more powerful. Its a targeted effect so by default a player needs to specify the target in question.

I would say it can only be used on cards that were negated/countered within 3-5 turns of that effect being played.
Otherwise, you could use that at the end of a round and reactive a card negated back at the start, far too much math.
