Cards are important for any Battler, but it's important to make sure that it's fair for everyone. The following rules will ensure that.
1: Don't use Slots and Effects you don't own
This shouldn't be needed as a rule, but it is. If you don't have a Card Slot, you can't make a card. If you don't have the Effect you want, you can't make a card with it. Plain and simple.
2: Limit your Effects
When you use a Card Slot, make sure to keep in mind how many Effects can be on the card at once, here they are for easy reference.
Blue Cards: 2 Blue
Green: 2 Green OR 1 Green 2 Blue
Red: 2 Red OR 1 Red 2 Green
Remember that Red cards CANNOT use Blue effects.
3: You do not own more than you buy
If you go to the shop and you buy one load of bread what do you have? One loaf of bread, not two or three cause you only brought one loaf. There is no buy one get one free on this site, slots and effects are one use. So if you want 3 blue cards you need to buy 3 blue slots, if you want 2 cards to have a g-power increase effect then you need to buy two g-power increase effects.
4: If you don't like the effects present, submit your own
The Idea Board was made to support this. If you have an idea for an effect, put it up. It might get approved, in which you'll get 20% of its cost every time it is bought. If it doesn't get approved, you'll be told why.
5: Modifiers on Abilities

5: Modifiers on Abilities
These effects apply differently on card creation. You have two options for these effects. You can use them raw and have them take up effect limitation, or treat them as modifiers and not have them take usable effect space, at the cost of having your created card bumped up a color class. This must be stated in the card creation process. Additionally, Modifier effects must be stated as such for this condition to be applied.
6: Keywords
When making a card, one must use the keyword in the card creation process. Example: "G-Power Increase: I raise my bakugan's g-power by 300/600/900/1200." You can elaborate further on these. But it must be linked to the correct Keyword.
