G-Power Transfer 400gs from one target bakugan on a single opponent's side, to one of your bakugan.

Name: Basic Negate

Card Type: Grey Card
Card Class: Normal
Card Count Cost: 2

Effect:

Target one effect on a ability card, negate that effect. Until this card is negated, or the target is re-enabled. That effect will remain no longer in play.
