So just to be sure, ALL BRAWLERS will lose 1 card count per Bakugan on the field that does NOT hold the Darkus Attribute actively.
E.g. Attribute Changing Bakugan that can attribute change to darkus, if not currently darkus, would add to the total of card counts lost.

Yes, it is exactly as you say and If opponent changes one of the bakugan to Darkus, yes, he gain one card count back.

I feel miss led by the name. But that's why I am not allowing this card. "and If opponent changes one of the bakugan to Darkus, yes, he gain one card count back." So one major detail has two issues with it.
1. Its not said as so. Your card must say that.
2. Um. Excuses me? Intent doesn't equal results. Here is how this card will act in its CURRENT FORM. You play the card. All players lose card count equal to their non darkus bakugan count. . . And that's it. There is no gaining card count. There is no further reducing card count. Its a one time lose with no recovery.
DENIED TILL REWORDED. I'm being dramatic but if that's the intent on the card is true to what I have read.
