Name of Effect: * Counts (Replace * with something)
What does it do?: In short, for people who know Magic The Gathering really well, these counts are based on Storm Decks.
For the common person, these counts are effectively things that stack on each other. So, you could play one card to gain Counts, then your cards that use Counts would become stronger to compensate.
You can also combine these with other effects, I.E., For every * Count used, gain 100 Gs. This uses a * Counts effect and a G-Power Increase Effect.
Restrictions(optional unless asked by staff): This effect cannot be used by itself. It needs something to go with it. You cannot just put * Counts and call it a day. You need to explicitly state what you are doing with them. Additionally, unless you use something to fuel it, you cannot gain more the 3 * Counts per card.
Card Class: Green
Card Example(s): This example will utilize two cards. They will be simply named. Card 1 is Count Gain, Card 2 is Count Use.
I activate Count Gain. I gain 3 Counts.
Then, I activate Count Use. I gain 100 Gs per Count I use. I use 2 Counts, so I gain 200 Gs. This leaves me with 1 Count.
