A New Card Creation Rule

Due to some recent developments, a new rule has been added to the Card Creation Rules.
You may make 2 cards every 3 days.
You may make more cards past this limit, HOWEVER, you will wait an extra day per extra card.
The extra wait may increase for certain cases if deemed required by us Admins.
If your already past the limit, then the new rule shall apply.
Here are some comments by us Admins on the situation.
Blazey: I keep an eye on the site a lot. I am happy to approve things while the other Admins are busy, asleep or at work. HOWEVER, I will not deal with seeing over 10 cards in the forge all waiting to be approved with most made by one person, in just a single day. We have lives too and going through 10 cards or more alone or with help in a day is incredibly draining.
Atom: Look, I get that you want to have plenty of cards, but spamming them out is NOT a way to make a good impression. Spread them out, try using them, and see what happens with them before trying to adjust your deck with additional cards.
Grimm: At the time of this post I am in the middle of moving, if you fail to see why I am rightfully angry at this, then you are BLIND as to why this is now a rule.
