Name of Effect: Multiply / Divide
What does it do?: You can multiply or divide a g-power change or g-power total. Cannot be used on changes and totals that happen after the effect. Maybe the multiple/divide amounts be be 3/4/5/6?
Restrictions(optional unless asked by staff): Both effects can only be used once. You cannot modify the effects. (Double Modifier on with them for example) Cannot be used with per card played effects.
