Evolutions - How to do them right

I figured that this may help some people as doing an evolution right can be difficult.
What is an Evolution?
For Bakugan it is stages of power that one can gain through thier lives. Evolutions can be highly dangerous, with us Admins believing that a Bakugan may not always make it through thier evolution, more so the first.
Not every Bakugan will reach all the evolutions either, some may evolve only once and some may never evolve at all.
Why Do Bakugan Evolve?
Unlike in the shows, Bakugan don't evolve just for power alone, everyone seeks power, but power is dangerous and wanting it alone doesn't give you it. A Bakugan will evolve when they reach a stage in their lives where they are ready or learn a key lesson in their life.
For example, Grimm's Serperios, he had to learn the lesson that power comes with a price and so does high agression and destruction. He had so much, he couldn't evolve or risk death. In the end he became a power spot, his freinds all risking thier lives to protect him so he could finish evolving. Now his power is sorted and not at risk anymore.
The Lesson does not have to be that extreme though, Prirad evolved after learning to be confedient in himself again, no matter the attribute. Priroar evolved after learning to not be so judgemental of people and not to let her motherly emotions get the better of her and her freindships.
How does your Bakugan Battle?
This one might seem out of place but hear me out. NO two Bakugan, unless clones will fight the same. And how a Bakugan fights may influence what Attributes they may gain in thier evolutions.
Does you Bakugan fight from a far but find themselves unable to take hits? Maybe they gain Subterra, gaining that bulk and defencive options they need to keep the distance.
Does your Bakugan fight close up but find thier hits not doing much? Maybe they gain Pyrus, to turn up the heat and pressure the opponent in slipping up.
Appearance and Personality
Just like us Bakugan change in appearance and personality when they evolve, it is a part of growing up for them.
Serperious used to be massive, bulky and lazy with many heads and on all fours. Now he walks on two legs, not massive anymore, only one head, less lazy but still as strong as before. He also used to be agressive, overly confedent and destructive. Now he has become more calm collected and strategic.
Prirad used to be thin but was unable to take hard hits that well, they sent him flying. Now he has gained some bulk to himself where he can take hits and give Seperios a challenge. Personality wise he has had a number of changes as he learned his balance in life and learned how to be the netrual aligned person he wished to be. Learning who he was, and if it was want he wanted.
Reasons
As you may tell there was many reasons behind the evolutions of the Admin Bakugan from a story stand point that make their attributes make sence, even outside of a roleplay. A Bakugan gaining an evolutions cause they were weak and they wanted more power, is a boring reason and is done everywhere. If they don't learn a lesson from evolution maybe they aren't ready for it yet. If an attribute doesn't aid thier fighting style, maybe that means they don't need a new attribute or that attribute just yet.
Names
The fun and hardest part, creating good names.
Think to yourself what sounds better here for a Pyrus Aqous Dragonoid.
Lava Ocean Dragonoid
Or
Torrent Basalt Dragonoid
The Second sounds a bit cooler right? Less used words and sounds powerful. Try to stick to a theme that relates to their style of battle.
Basalt is a lava made rock that can be found by the sea. Torrent means a rushing violent stream of something. Both stick to fire and water, but both could suggest and strong defencive but violent brawler.
For these I like to think of a basic word. In these case I picked Magma and Ocean. Using www.thesaurus.com I found Tide then Torrent for Ocean and then Basalt for Magma. Sometimes the word you use does not have good words, this is where you need to be creative.
