Staff Positions and Roles
On this site and many others there are certain roles and positions people will get to keep the site going. On this site we have 3 staff ranks: Moderator, Global Mod and Admin. While all staff can approve creations, rank people up, watch over brawls etc, global mods will help make sure the mods are doing okay and make sure there aren't any loops holes, while Admins will generally focus more on the back end of the site like the coding, theme and security so the site can stay running in those areas. Apart from this each admin have there own little focus of the site and will have custom titles the show this. These titles are explained below:
Creation: Title Unknown - He has no custom title, he don't need one either is the owner and made this site. He makes sure the rest of us stay in line.
Grimm: Admin of Chaos - What do we mean by this? He is like a game master, he tends to oversee the brawling and makes sure no one is sliding in cheats, where needed he will punish you and those punishments are NEVER fun.
Blazey: Admin of Order - She in a sense is like a police officer, she makes sure no rules are broken, no one is making themselves too op in roleplays and no one is pulling things out their marry Poppins style butt. If she punishes you she will use your patience against you.
Oh, and no, she won't save you from Grimm either.
Helsrazor: Admin of Security - What is there to say? He makes sure the site and accounts aren't being hacked into and things aren't being stolen from us. He don't do anything on approving side of things due to his schedule.
Staff Applications
However, staff can come and go and therefore some more help is always great. Master Brawlers are able to apply to become a staff member as they have shown they understand everything about the site. If you are not a Master Brawler, you won't be accepted but that doesn't mean we won't keep you in mind.
The process to apply for staff is easy. However, the road to get there is not. There are many requirements for your application to be approved, and then you have to go through training to be accepted as a Staff member. The requirements are as follows:
- You must be an Active Member. You will be responsible for helping the site run.
- You must have been on this site for at least 2 months.
- You must prove yourself responsible in some way.
- You need to ask questions to further your knowledge.
- You must have a Discord account.
Then, comes the Training process.
- A chosen Staff Member will be training you.
- You will be consulted by the Staff member about every applicable subject to see how much you understand about the site.
- You will need to moderate a few topics. I.E., approve a Character Creation. You will need to bring up the Character in question to the staff member and give your thoughts on it.
Finally, comes the hardest part.
You will be asked one question upon successful completion of Training. This is a Yes/No question. Unless you get to this point, you will not know the question.
