You instantly win the round and deal 100 Life Points. But if they do have a Pyrus Bakugan, this effect fails. Burning Knock Out requires 25 more SSP per consecutive use. Inflict Burning upon failure. All non-Pyrus Bakugan with burning, have any g-power increase turned into decrease.

Agent is now Haos and has this special shot.

Radiance Blinding: the user with a Bakugan under Radiance Blinding can play their next ability card, regardless of the board state. Radiance Blinding Afflicts the Blinding Status on all non haos Bakugan. Bakugan affected by Blinding cannot counter or negate on their next post.

This a reminder that Pyrus is 75 while haos is 50.

For this one, I will help in determining if an effect counts as a G-Power increase and what its decrease counterpart would be.

I also feel like it should be stated that Special Shots bypass protection, and prevention since this is a brawler thing, and has a rather strict requirement to use it. I will explain the reason why special shots exist now after this test brawl's final rounds conclude.
