Right now this is a dead card. Please remember to read how the effects work in the data centre, and to be sure to double-check in case of amendments.
As copied from the data centre:
Double Modifier: This one is special. This is not an effect that can be used by itself but is rather combined with another effect. This does take up a Green Effect Slot.
The modifier needs to be combined, and therefore on its own, this card is useless.
