So this is gonna be denied. While I wont stop the attribute specific. I see nothing really wrong with that. I however can allow that decrease. Because silver can only raise g-power. Along with. That raise is really low.

There is a way around this though. And I'm gonna do it for you. By making your card Copper. Then it will be approved. But before I do. Do know I will remove the g-power decrease from your backpack.
